High Fortitude — building great companies
We build the infrastructuregreat local companies need to scale.
We acquire specialized construction and field-service companies and build the shared capability underneath them — the things a strong local business could rarely build on its own.

The markets we work in
We know three buyers, and we know them well.
Our companies have spent years selling into the same three markets across construction and field services. That experience, and the relationships that come with it, is one of the things the group brings to a company it acquires.
Home builders
Production and custom builders running many lots at once, who need scheduling and follow-through they can plan around.
General contractors
Commercial and institutional work where access control, sequencing and site coordination decide whether a job goes well.
Residential
Homeowners buying fence and gates, outdoor living, roofing and custom homes directly from a local company they trust.
Why it compounds
A builder relationship built in one stateis rarely confined to it.
National and regional builders and general contractors do not work in one market only. The group already sells to them, which means a relationship earned in one state is worth something in the next one.
When we acquire a company in a new market, it can inherit demand it would otherwise have had to win from nothing — the same builders and contractors the group already serves, in a new geography.
This is not theory. We have already extended one of our brands into new markets by acquisition, twice — and that is scale a strong local company cannot buy on its own.
Our companies
Helping grow local brandsto their full potential.
Specialized, locally trusted businesses can become stronger without becoming generic. Where a company carries real weight in its market, it keeps its name, its brand and its customer relationships — the five below all do. Where an acquisition is a small geographic extension of a brand we already operate, it takes that brand instead. Two have. It is a judgment we make company by company, not a blanket promise.

The operating platform
Built once by the group.Used by every company.
The same six levers, run once for the whole group instead of separately by every company — from the AI receptionist answering calls for our operating companies, to the financial reporting a lender actually wants to see.
For business owners
The hard part was never the work.It was everything around it.
Most owners we meet are excellent at the thing their company actually does. What wears them down is everything around it: finding and keeping people they can trust, marketing that works, knowing the numbers early enough to act on them, and a week that disappears into decisions the business should already be making for itself.
Those are the parts the group takes on, so the company can keep doing what made it worth buying.
